The staff were professional, helpful, and didn’t pressure me excessively, which I appreciated. While the process still had its typical frustrations (paperwork, waiting, etc.), they did their best to make things smooth and efficient. Overall, a decent experience considering the nature of buying a car.

Good service. Polite and friendly. Work gets done in a timely manner. Couldn’t service my tires because they couldn’t fine my tire lock key. Wouldn’t the dealership have these? I’ve had my tires serviced before. Didn’t know I had a tire lock key. Do I need to buy one of these’d. Does the parts dept sell them?

I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealer, but I use them for all the servicing on my 2024 Ford Maverick. Their customer service is a 10/10. Plus, they offer this great mobile maintenance service, where they send a technician to you to service your vehicle. I have them come to my office while I'm working, so there's no inconvenience to me whatsoever. It's great, and it's generally under $125 (at least for me).
I had an emissions recall on my 2015 edge. They actually sent someone to my house to do it right in my driveway. Took about 25 min and he was done. Yohan was very polite and took his time explaining to me what he was doing

I went in to look at a new ford ranger. A salesman (Mr. Robert’s)came out to ask if I needed any help. I showed him the truck I was interested in. He went in got the key and started it up. Explained all of the features and options of the truck. No pressure, very pleasant individual. I was able to get what I wanted out of my trade in. This dealership is very easy to deal with. I like the laidback atmosphere with no pressure. They will have my business from now on.

5 Stars on service performed only. Two tech's came out to my house and changed the oil / filters in two vehicles in my garage. They were very polite, knowledgeable and kept the area clean. 2 Stars on billing. The gentlemen told me someone would be calling to collect for the service. A couple of hours later a young lady called my house for payment. She gave me a full amount on both cars and I had no idea what the charges on each vehicle was as one vehicle got the "Works" and the other vehicle got oil / filter change ...

Anytime, buying a car takes forever!!… but Puoe was fantastic!… he got us where we were comfortable, and then worked with Mossy to finalize. My dad and I have always came here for all of our vehicles, we’ve only ever worked with one person and it was our first time working with Dominic. After a bunch of setbacks on my end, Dominic helped me get into an SUV.
