Took my Ford edge to the dealer for a very specific software update. I even gave them the information specific to the update. They required a $190 diagnostic fee, $190 for the software update and they also charged $55 in Shop supplies, and another $35 “” technology fee. Essentially a $150 software update cost me worth $500 with all their xx fees. Then they got angry with me when I pointed out all the fees. Won’t be going back to this ridiculous dealer.

Friendly staff, worked performed quickly and within estimated time window. There was a car show that day, and there was a small issue where the vehicle was left after the service was completed but it was sorted quickly.

Salesmen straight up lie service advisors don't communicate service manager very rude unprofessional talks to you very condescending tells you to take your car elsewhere even though you purchased it there. I had ask several times for the manager or coo to call me on three separate occasions and never received a call

This dealer works on f350s in days not weeks or months like the rest of Columbus. I received a camera recall on Monday and I had an appointment on Tuesday. I now take my F150 there also.

I do not b plan to return, service was fine and done in a reasonable timeframe. However, the charge to pay with a credit card is unacceptable. I am boycotting every establishment that does this and will tell everyone I know.
Avoid Valley Ford of Columbus – Terrible Service & Hidden Fees - Valley Ford of Columbus is a poorly run business with unfriendly staff and predatory pricing. To make matters worse, when my vehicle was returned the next day, it had been damaged by the dealership, they tacked on an extra $9 fee simply because I didn't pay my $340 bill in physical cash. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
I have always been treated fairly and at reasonable prices. Staff members are friendly and honest. Ford vehicle choices have been trending toward trucks and away from passenger car, which limits future purchases.
We were very happy with our experience at Valley Ford and are sales associate was new but did a great job and was very deserving of the first sale. Everyone we dealt with during the process brought another level of expertise and satisfaction for us.

The body shop here was fantastic! John B was especially friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The parts came in when he anticipated and my car was back to me and repaired when he said it would be. They even cleaned my car beautifully before giving it back! 😊 I didn’t have to remove paper from my floorboards or clean grease spots like I sometimes have to after taking my car to other dealerships. We recently bought a vehicle from Blake at Valley Ford in Columbus. He was excellent to work with. We were in and out in under an hour when coming to accept delivery on our car. No hassles and even when I left my sunglasses on his desk, he delivered them to us on his way home that night. That is going above and beyond!
I have experienced both good and bad service issues at Valley Ford. The dealership has changed hands several times - with it comes a number of employees with 1-2 years experience (I realize that it pertains to this dealership only). Someof the service agents have been impatient if I asked detailed questions (as if I lacked brains/knowledge) about what they were diagnosing. Once I asked for the service manager to return a phone call to me that never happened.

I absolutely loved this dealership. I had been searching for a truck for about 2 weeks and found nothing that "ticked all the boxes." I saw a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on Valley Ford's website, and went to test drive the vehicle. From the front desk person, our sales person Jake, and the finance manger...not one of them pushed to sell. They answered questions, they asked questions and had us in and out in about 3 hours (test drive to driving the car home). Jake, our sales person, was incredibly friendly, funny and knowledgeable.
