Someone from the body shop gave me a bad quote and the work I needed ended up being double what we originally thought…0 stars for bad quote person. However, John in the body shop did the best he could to square things up so he gets 5 stars. I averaged them together and gave 4 stars overall for the experience.

I’m from out of town and was passing through on I-70 when my 2024 Escape started to loose power. Just happened to be by Valley Ford where we limped in. I explained my situation to them. The kindness of the whole staff was overwhelming. You couldn’t ask for more caring and friendly people. The dealership was super nice and professional. I first visited in April to fact find, and Noah was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and relatable right from the start. Our last experience with our Ford Bronco getting serviced we had terrible customer service. They took off my license plate cover and put on theirs without asking me permission. They also would not give me a straight answer for when the car would be done and said they tried to call and couldn’t text me because I opted out of text messages. I opted out of the text messages because they asked to by my car (marketing) before they even mentioned that they will provide updates about the car being serviced. We just recently bought a 2025 Bronco Sport from Christopher. He gave us an amazing experience. Complete with test drives, and throuough customer service. He is extremely friendly, in a genuine way. Never once did I feel pressured or made to feel that he was desperate for a sale. Just wholesome customer service and great follow up. The process was pretty simple and the rest of the team supported Christopher the entire time. I highly recommend checking these guys out. Had a good buying experience on my trade and my new vehicle. I worked with Tony over the phones and messages, he sent me a video of the truck I was looking at. We drove 3 hours, took a test ride, signed our papers and left for home.
Had a great experience purchasing a F250 and trading my existing F250 with Tony. We traveled over 3 hours, with all details completed before heading for test drive and signing the papers. I absolutely loved this dealership. I had been searching for a truck for about 2 weeks and found nothing that "ticked all the boxes." I saw a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on Valley Ford's website, and went to test drive the vehicle. From the front desk person, our sales person Jake, and the finance manger...not one of them pushed to sell. They answered questions, they asked questions and had us in and out in about 3 hours (test drive to driving the car home). Jake, our sales person, was incredibly friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much!

Valley ford did everything they could to help me when I was two weeks out from moving and had issues come up with my new truck that I purchased from a different dealer. Their service team was amazing, and Susan and Isaac were an awesome team. They special ordered parts, and were able to have my truck fixed for two separate issues within a week. Would 100% recommend them to anyone interested in new vehicles or service. They both went above and beyond to keep me informed.

I had a fantastic experience. My truck broke down the same day i was closing on a new house and susan recommended a tow truck driver and then squeezed us in for a diagnostic. Thankfully they were even able to clear the error and we got the truck back in time for us to move in to our new house!!!!
