4.9 would be more accurate. I came in because I was told I had a taillight out. I was glad it could be handled within 2 hours, without making an appointment and at a minimal cost. My only issue was regarding where my car was. The clerk checked and told me my car was in the sixth spot of the second row beside the building. Nope. Using my key, I found the car along the front of the building.
Beddel was a real help in getting me a wonderful deal! I love my new truck.

As someone who has had terrible experience with dealerships, trying to rip me off with unnecessary charges, Caleb thoroughly explained the process my vehicle was going to go through along with charges. The never seen to be able to diagnose computer issues with my trucks. I find that disappointing. Always unable to Duplicate customer concern / issues.
I had to take my car to the dealership three times because the engine light was coming on due to cylinder misfires.
The first time, for a whopping $1200, they changed my spark plugs to see if that would fix the problem. It did not.
The second time, they charged me $1000 to replace the coils for each cylinder. They changed all eight, and they told me that they had never seen a car need every single one replaced. The problem was still unresolved.

I had a recall on my 2024 Ford Maverick, so I stopped in on a Friday, they were able to schedule me for Monday! It was a quick drop off and the shuttled me home. Then they dropped it off a few hours later. Staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Valley Ford!
